Have our Bodean Market staff prepare your party trays for all your entertaining. We will prepare any of the trays listed below fresh to order on one of our disposable trays or you may bring in your own tray. We ask for at least one day notice for all trays--and two days notice during the holidays.

Mixed Shrimp Platter - Cocktail and grilled shrimp equally represented with our house-made cocktail sauce.  We can do any quantity you wish.

Smoked Salmon Platter - Applewood smoked salmon garnished with capers, red onion, and hardboiled egg served with a house-made cucumber dill sauce. Side of salmon averages 4 to 5 pounds, 20 to 30 people. Whole salmon weighs 10 to 12 pounds, 50 to 75 people.  

Housemade Goat Cheese Pesto Torta - mixture of goat cheese and cream cheese with
layers of roasted garlic, roasted peppers, and pesto in between the cheese mixture, served with crostinis. Feeds 15 to 20 people.

Housemade Salmon Pate - Mixture of smoked salmon, cream cheese and dill weed
garnished with capers and red onions and served with crostinis.

Crab Claws - Snow crab claws served with our house-made cocktail sauce.
